Active Payments specialises in selling merchant services on behalf of major UK banking institutions to the small to medium sized business market. We are now seeking experienced Telemarketing professionals with a proven track record in B2B sales. Candidates must have experience working with SME and be totally confident in discussing products with senior management, directors and business owners via the telephone.
The role: Reporting to the Telemarketing Team Leader
Telemarketing Operatives are sought at our Crewe office to join our expanding team. The role is key to the future delivery of the company business plan – performance and commitment will be key to both individual and team success.
Active Payments will provide a full business induction and product training. On the job training will be provided during a 3 month probationary period. Successful candidates will be expected to generate and manage their own marketing pipeline for in and outbound calls. Daily and weekly KPIs will be monitored and feedback provided.

Experience within this sector is highly advantageous

Assist customers with their own enquiries
Make outbound calls
Receive inbound customer calls
